Interactive Workshops That Put Learning Into Practice

Support your team with practical tools for navigating stress, communicating their needs, and building sustainable wellbeing habits. Best Intentions Wellness workshops combine mental health education with guided activities that give participants space to reflect, connect, and practice strategies they can bring into their workday.

Designed for workplaces, nonprofits, and school communities, each workshop uses the BEST framework: Body, Emotion, Spirit, and Thought, to help participants recognize stress signals, understand their responses, and identify opportunities for boundaries, recovery, and support. These shared learning experiences help organizations open meaningful conversations about wellbeing and encourage a more supportive, connected team environment.

What Participants Can Expect

Depending on your group’s goals and the workshop selected, sessions may include:

  • Stress and nervous system education: Help participants recognize early signs of stress and practice responding with greater intention, supporting more thoughtful communication and collaboration during demanding moments.

  • Body awareness and grounding: Teach practical ways to notice tension and regain a sense of steadiness, giving team members tools to pause and refocus before approaching tasks or difficult conversations.

  • Guided reflection and journaling: Create space to identify stress patterns, needs, and sources of support, helping participants clarify what they can adjust individually and where organizational support may be needed.

  • Accessible movement and breathing practices: Introduce adaptable techniques for incorporating restorative pauses into the workday, supporting individual wellbeing and a workplace culture that makes room for recovery.

  • Facilitated discussion: Encourage respectful conversations about shared challenges, creating opportunities for mutual understanding, stronger team connections, and ideas for improving the work environment.

  • Practical action planning: Translate workshop insights into realistic individual and team actions, helping participants carry the learning forward and giving organizations concrete opportunities to reinforce it.

A Thoughtful, Adaptable Experience

Workshop content and activities can be tailored to your audience, goals, and available time. Participation is invitational, with opportunities to reflect privately and adapt movement to individual comfort. Participants are never required to disclose personal experiences or mental health information.

These educational workshops complement broader organizational wellbeing efforts by giving participants opportunities to build awareness, practice skills, and identify needs for support.
