ABOUT

My name is Angela DiRocco and I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified personal trainer. I have over 15 years of experience providing clinical therapy with a specialized focus on trauma, depression and anxiety. I have been a certified personal trainer for 10 years, providing both 1:1 personal training and group fitness. I believe wellness providers need to view healing through a holistic lens in order to guide people to create meaningful change. This is what led me to create Best Intentions Wellness, support services that focus on intentionally caring for all aspects of self: Body, Emotion, Spirit, & Thought.
