I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in both Illinois & California. I understand that individuals are continually adapting to their surroundings and doing their best to manage amongst systemic, environmental, and interpersonal stressors. Using a holistic approach, taking into account Body, Emotion, Spirit, & Thoughts, I offer a space for individuals to both process their experiences and explore strategies for managing stressors in a healthy way. I have extensive experience over the past 15 years supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
Wellness Guide Services
I offer Wellness Guidance sessions which blend somatic awareness and nervous system regulation to help you manage stress, prevent burnout, and feel more connected to your authentic self. These sessions are perfect for individuals seeking practical coping tools and supportive accountability outside of therapy. Wellness Guidance is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. While provided by a licensed therapist, these services are offered in a coaching and educational capacity focused on lifestyle and wellness support.

My name is Angela DiRocco and I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified personal trainer. I have over 15 years of experience providing clinical therapy with a specialized focus on trauma, depression and anxiety. I have been a certified personal trainer for 10 years, providing both 1:1 personal training and group fitness. I believe wellness providers need to view healing through a holistic lens in order to guide people to create meaningful change.
